The Sneaky One
In this tableau of the TV series "Hannibal", the lady who is fourth from the right, with red bushy hair appears to be the sneak. Her body posture supports this theory, as she is turned away from the rest of the cast members, and you can't see what she's doing with her hands, as if she's turning her body to hide whatever activities she's doing. Her eyes are glancing sideways as her head is turned over her shoulder, as if she's checking to make sure that she's not being watched, and her glance appears to be suspicious. It appears that she's wearing a large blue overcoat, big enough to cover her entire body perhaps. That dark blue, it suggests she might be their covert person, an agent that goes undercover to get the information they need. Her prominent cheekbones and eyebrow placement suggests that she's not exactly the "social" type, as if she'd turn a cold shoulder on talking or be unwilling to start a conversation, with a notoriously closed mouth. Also, she's the furthest back out of all the characters, and her body isn't facing the camera, something all the other characters are doing, suggesting that she doesn't necessarily fit in or have a relationship with anyone. It could be a coincidence, but her red hair, and her proximity to the large horns on the wall, almost seems to be beckoning to the image of the devil, and his horns.
Two Admirers
Right next to the covert character, there are two people, a man dressed in red, and a woman dressed in black, that are the second and third characters respectively from the right. The man in the red seems to be stooping over the woman, and his arms are on the wall to steady himself, and seems to be the optimistic character, maybe the goof. He isn't sitting either, and is a bit shadowed behind the woman, as if he's not as important. His head is inclined away from the front, so his head's facing the woman, even though his eyes are looking straight at the camera. His face, with an eyebrow arched, seems almost to be regarding the camera as an afterthought, like he' doesn't really care that much. While the other men are wearing blazers, he's in a vest, suggesting he may not necessarily fit in. Also, the fruits on the table that are closer to the two in the back, seems to tell they may be milder in personality than others at front, where there's a huge dead lobster sitting on the table. Also, he's wearing a red vest, which could symbolize love. Also, what supports this is the proximity between him and the girl in black next to him, suggesting there might be an affair or a relationship going on between the two.
Next to the man, the girl in black appears to be the kind that doesn't care what she does, and seems to be past the personality of laid-back, almost gangster style, suggested by the black leather jacket she's wearing, which could symbolize illegality or a gangster personality. After all, tough gangsters usually are (I don't know why) portrayed with a dark colored leather jacket, boots, the works. Her head is inclined towards the man, also suggesting that perhaps they're in a relationship. Her eyes are narrowed, suggested by the v-shaped brow, and might suggest that she's wary of others, and guarded about her personality, and I can conclude that with this gangster style personality, if a fight broke out between the characters, I actually think she'd rather just sit back and watch instead of trying to alleviate the tensions, as black could also symbolize corruption. For me, the lady seems as if she takes laid-back to the extreme, as almost she literally won't intervene in anything, no matter how major or minor, almost to the point of being lazy, in fact, the black clothing suggests she might even be our first villain we've assessed so far.
The Enticer
The lady who is second from the left appears to be the temptress, or enticer, as the person who would sidetrack others away from their jobs or rightful roles in the show. There is high contrast between the red clothes and black, suggesting maybe she could have contrasting personalities? Also, red could symbolize desire and temptation. Her body isn't open to the camera, suggesting she's somewhat careful of who she talks to, considering her arms aren't in a relaxed position, but rather sitting with the elbows on the table. She's making direct eye contact, and the gaze seems almost like a flashlight in a veil of darkness, penetrating, figuring out your thoughts, secrets, and scanning you to assess your personality. Her brows are furrowed and are close together, and her mouth is closed and the cheekbones are poking through, portraying a regal image, as if she has the power to do whatever she pleases to lead people away from what's right. She seems to be the assessor and almost could also be a judge, because of her analytical gaze. This would make her a great alleviator during conflicts. Her proximity in being closer to the camera than others might suggest she plays a more prominent role in the TV series, and that perhaps she plays a character who is influential, and plays a major part in the series.
The Inquirer
The fourth person from the left, the man sitting seems to be the interrogator, the questioner, or the messenger, almost like the person who keeps the group up to date on the information and goes around gathering news. His open body position, faced directly to the front, suggests that he's no stranger to conversations, and has a genteel personality, able to make talk with anyone. Also, he's looking directly up front, showing and radiating confidence from the posture and eye contact, so that he's not afraid of any job, and can do whatever he needs to do, and seems like an advocate, a follower, compliant to follow the leader's orders and do what he has to do to benefit the group. The reason I believe this is that unlike the enticer, or others, his face is relaxed, full, without the poking cheekbones, and although his brow is furrowed, it seems to make up more of a wondering expression rather than an angry or guarded expression. Also, he doesn't seem harsh, suggested by his lack of formal dress, harshly conflicting with the dress of others. After all, although he's wearing a blazer and a dress shirt, he's not wearing a tie and the top buttons of his dress shirt are unbuttoned, suggesting he's not going to take everything serious and be a stringent kind of person. He's kind of leaning more to the couple in the back, so he might be a little disconnected with the members up front, and the fact he sits next to the enticer and the other man standing behind him suggests those might be the people he works with, is connected with, and has the closest ties to.
The Enforcer
The third person from the left, who is standing up, seems to be the enforcer of the group. His stance, with him standing up and his arms open, suggests a "tough guy" mentality. Also, not only are his eyes looking at the camera, but his face is inclined towards the front as well, and his face, with his firmly closed expression, and v-shaped eyebrows, suggests it might not take a lot to get him mad, and it's telling me that perhaps he's the "strong arm" of the group, so to speak. It's almost like a challenge, and he seems to challenge anyone who is looking at him, as if he wants to fight. He's wearing dark blue and purple, so that he might be pretty professional in what he does, and takes things very seriously. Purple could also symbolize power, so he might be one of the leaders of the group. It's just like in ancient times, where the Roman Emperor wore purple as the color to symbolize power. He's standing back from the table, so he might be a bit isolated, and probably not in any affairs or relationships either.
A Sinister Diner
Now here looks like someone who could be one of the leading characters or play a leading role in the story. He's the person sitting up front on the very right side, so the first person from the right. The first indicator is his position on the table, as he sits at the very front of the table. Also, the lobster on the table tells something on the personality. While most of the other people just have random foods next to him, he has the body of a giant dead lobster, so it suggests he might be the main antagonist in the series. He's sitting straight up with good posture, and his hands are resting on the fork, showing confidence and also once again that he could be the antagonist, as he seems ready to dine on the lobster. He's making direct eye contact, also symbolizing confidence, and he seems a bit laid back, as his face is relaxed, and he seems almost to have a smile on his face, like he enjoys eating dead animals. Also, he's wearing gray, a symbol of intelligence, as if he's a criminal mastermind. Notice also how all the people are sitting on the left side of the table and he's the only one sitting on the right side, and no one's sitting behind him, so he's really disconnected as well from the other people.
An Authoritative Leadership
The last character left is the first person from the left, who is standing up. His posture, with the placement of his hands on the table, suggests he's a leader, and considering he's on the opposite side of the table, the side where just about every character is sitting, I can assume that he's the main protagonist of the story. He seems pretty relaxed in this tableau, as there are no obvious hints on his face for any sense of feeling, so he could be the type of person who is calm and composed in times of crisis. Another reason to suggest he doesn't get agitated easily and is a deep thinker is that he's not wearing a tie and the top buttons of his dress shirt are unbuttoned, showing informality. He seems to be standing a little bit in front of the other cast members, so he might not be connected to some of the people, but the separation makes it seem like he's the head, because while most characters are pretty close, he's standing a bit far off up front, so it could be like he's the head of the snake, and the other cast members are just the body.
In this tableau of the TV series "Hannibal", the lady who is fourth from the right, with red bushy hair appears to be the sneak.
